Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Afterimage. By creating an account, browsing, posting, uploading media, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from them.
Adult Service
Afterimage permits lawful adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live, to register or view adult content. You may not use the service if you are prohibited from viewing adult content under local law.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse the service, or evade moderation actions.
User Content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, resize, transcode, moderate, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the service.
Content Rules
You may not upload illegal content, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor, exploitative content, threats, harassment, spam, malware, or content that violates another person’s rights. Adult content must be accurately marked.
Moderation
We may remove, restrict, label, or report content; suspend users; preserve records; and cooperate with lawful requests where appropriate. Moderator decisions may consider context, user history, platform safety, legal risk, and operational limits.
No Warranty
Afterimage is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, preservation of content, suitability for any purpose, or that all objectionable content will be removed immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Afterimage is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site or otherwise communicated where practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
